We have a holistic understanding of event planning and regard ourselves as the interface between contractors and the client/customer. We expertly integrate artist requirements, catering and technology. Forward planning and cross-linking all disciplines are essential elements of a successful production.

We understand performers and know how to plan for their requirements and implement them in technical and structural terms. We incorporate our wide-ranging experience of planning and implementation, gained from years of practice, into the conceptual phase.

Our technical expertise means that we check the feasibility of each concept and outsourcing the pre-production allows the agency to use these only as required. And of course, we always keep an eye on costs to ensure the event does not go over the client budget.
